We offer collections within five days of request and payment within seven from the production of an invoice. Our collections use our secure and tracked vehicles, our teams will remove any other E-waste for no charge, and any storage device includes data wiping with certificates.
Corporate.
We like to ensure our corporate clients a regular and reliable schedule of collections, especially when dealing with a larger amount of equipment. We set up dedicated collection points using secure lockable cages that are left on site then our in-house team (no third-parties or agency workers) will arrive and collect. Data wiping and certificates included as standard, and we’ve moved to a paperless non-contact system to abide by current Government guidelines to ensure all staff do not require contact.
Higher & Further Education.
When working with education, the majority of systems coming out are being replaced. That’s why we offer to install and remove at the same time. Our team will arrive and remove the old equipment from the desks then once cleared will take the new systems provided by your provider and install them in place. Any waste/recycling material will be taken with us. Your systems will then be securely wiped and certificates provided. All that comes at no extra cost. We’re also able to credit directly to departments or to your Apple reseller against your new equipment.
Primary Education.
We understand the importance of safeguarding, so any staff who arrive on-site will be DBS checked. We bring all our own packaging for transport and can remove any E-waste for no additional charge. We have a fast turn-around and can credit you or your Apple equipment supplier against your new systems. Secure dating wiping included as standard with certificates provided.
