Data Disposal.
We use a combination of industry leading software data wiping tools which performs a zero fill (the process of writing all 0s in binary to a drive) multiple times to completely erase the drive making it impossible to perform data recovery. If there are any failures during this stage we will physically shred or drill the device (depending on the storage type).
Our Facility.
Our processing centre is specifically designed with security in mind. Our team are happy to discuss our security implementations with you however we will not publicly disclose the information.
Chain of Custody.
A benefit of not using middle men or contractors is that there is only one single link of custody. Upon our collection of your equipment it is transported by our staff to our facility. This means we can ensure that every drive arrives securely and safely without you needing to worry about an additional third party being involved in the process.

We choose our team carefully and put faith and trust into our drivers and technicians so you can too. For reassurance we perform criminal record background checks and have internal systems in-place for monitoring and theft prevention.
Your Anonymity.
You may have noticed that you cannot find who we work with on our website and that is for good reason. We believe that nobody should know where your systems and drives have gone other than those tasked with the removal from your premises. In every we case we consider the drives to be containing the most sensitive of information and with this you could be subject to corporate espionage if stolen. As nobody will know where your equipment may be going it removes this risk.
